Using the tools

NoCloudCSV's tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may process unlimited files, including for work purposes, with no account and no attribution required.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is." While parsers follow RFC 4180 and are tested extensively, you remain responsible for validating outputs before relying on them, especially for financial, legal or compliance purposes. Always keep originals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCloudCSV is not liable for any damages arising from use of the tools. Because processing happens on your device, we have no access to your inputs or outputs and accept no responsibility for them.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse the service (automated scraping of pages, attempting to break the security headers, or hosting mirror copies misrepresenting their origin). Everything else is fair game.

Changes

If these terms materially change, the date above will update. The privacy architecture — no uploads, no collection — will not change.
